Alpinist Climber Expeditions® is a professional mountain guiding company based in Nepal that aims toward achieve the goals of people from all over the world. We generally provide services to a small group. The advantages of having small groups are to provide enough care and attention to each and every individual. Is also to reduce the environmental impact from our activities.

Alpinist Climber Expeditions® lead pure alpine style expeditions on all mountains in Himalayas every year. We offer 1:1 private guiding with IFMGA Mountain Guide, 6000m, 7000m and 8000m expeditions, ski mountaineering expedition, and mountaineering courses. As part of our guided climbs for climbers who want to become self-sufficient, conscious, and respectful of the local culture, stewards of the environment. We believe safety is the number one priority in all climbing activities.

As the founder and CEO of Alpinist Climber Expeditions and an IFMGA Mountain Guide, He has been working as a mountain guide since 2011 and specialise in climbing expeditions to the world’s famous formidable mountains.

Prakash Sherpa is a mountaineering passionate who enjoys sharing his significant knowledge and expertise with high mountain expeditions. He started his climbing career at a young age, got his initial guidance from his grandparents, father, and uncle, all of who were prominent guides at the time.

When at the age of 15 years old, he climbed Mera Peak (6,476m) for the first time in his life, and there was no looking back as he got an opportunity to be involved and work in high-altitude mountains in different parts of the world, including Europe, New Zealand, and Asia.

Prakash Sherpa has successfully climbed multiple peaks over 8000-meters. Mt Everest 8,848m, Mt Lhotse 8,516m, Mt Makalu 8,463m, Mt Cho Oyu 8,188m, Mt Dhaulagiri 8,167m, and Mt Manaslu 8,163m, as well as others peaks below 8000m, including technical peak Pumori 7,162m Alpine Style in 2023. Nuptse 7,862m and Ama Dablam 6,812m. And four of them, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu, are without supplementary oxygen💥 He led 44 Teams and 41 expeditions success record.

Safety

To ensure the safety of our guests, we give and regulate our full attention to safety measures in each of our expeditions. To protect our safety, we have an accurate rescue plan in place to assist with any unexpected occurrences. Our guides are skilled and educated in medical safety and can provide it at all times. In the unlikely case of an emergency, we provide 24/7 safety services to keep you safe from any potential hazards.

Our philosophy is to operate small expedition groups in order to provide a more individual service. This reduces environmental effect, which has shown to be advantageous in our success rates, which are higher than those of any other expedition operator.
