The trail gets flatter as we get out of Namche Bazaar. After about 6 km the trail begins to ascent. After about 3 km more we would be at the gate of Tengboche monastery, the largest and the most famous in the whole Khumbu region. After a visit to the monastery, we will continue the downhill walk to our rest for the night, Diboche village.
